Tuna Melts

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz)Canned tuna
  • 4 slicesBread
  • 4 slicesCheddar
  • 3 tbsp (or mayo)Greek yogurt
  • 1 stalk dicedCelery
  • 1 tspDijon mustard
  • 1 tbspButter
  • squeezeLemon (optional)
  • to tasteBlack pepper

Method

  1. Mix tuna, yogurt, celery, mustard, lemon and pepper.

  2. Butter the outsides of the bread; build sandwiches with tuna and cheese.

  3. Cook in a skillet over medium, 3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and melted.
