Spicy Tuna Rice Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cansCanned tuna
  • 2 cups cookedRice
  • 2 tbsp (or mayo)Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tspSriracha
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1Cucumber
  • 1Avocado
  • 2Green onions (optional)
  • 1 tspSesame oil (optional)

Method

  1. Mix tuna with yogurt, sriracha and a little soy.

  2. Warm the rice.

  3. Top rice with tuna, sliced cucumber and avocado.

  4. Drizzle with soy and sesame oil.
