Weekly meal planner
Seven dinners, one shopping trip. Pick or auto-fill the week, and we'll merge every recipe into a single list — minus whatever's already in your pantry.
Ingredient overlap
Every ingredient two dinners share is one less thing to buy and one less half-used pack in the fridge.
0 ingredient uses across the week → 0 different ingredients.
“Fill empty days” picks recipes that reuse what's already planned, so try filling one or two nights yourself, then let it fill the rest and watch the reused share grow.

Questions people ask
How do I make a weekly meal plan?
Pick a dinner for each night (or press “Fill empty days”), set how many people you are feeding, and send the combined shopping list to your grocery list. Anything you have ticked in your pantry is left off automatically.
How does meal planning save money?
You buy only what the week needs, and when dinners share ingredients — the same bag of peppers across fajitas and a stir-fry — less goes to waste. “Fill empty days” deliberately favours recipes that share ingredients.
Can I plan cheap meals?
Yes. Set the filter to Cheap before filling the week. Then check the total against the USDA Thrifty Food Plan in the grocery budget calculator.
Is my plan saved?
Yes, in this browser only. Nothing is uploaded. Clear it with the Clear week button or on the privacy page.
