  • 1 lb peeledShrimp
  • 12 oz linguinePasta
  • 4 clovesGarlic
  • 3 tbspButter
  • 1Lemon
  • 2 tbspOlive oil

Method

  1. Cook pasta; save 1 cup of the water.

  2. Sauté garlic and pepper flakes in oil and butter 1 minute, add shrimp and cook until pink, 3 minutes.

  3. Add lemon zest and juice, the pasta and a splash of pasta water; toss until glossy.

  4. Fold in spinach and parmesan.
